November 14th for Friends of Black Mountain of Maine’s Annual Fundraising Auction!
Following the success of last year’s event, we’re once again kicking off the evening with our Fundraising Dinner & Silent Auction featuring special items you won’t want to miss, followed by our Famous Live Auction!
Dinner will be provided by Mainely Plates & Platter. Doors open at 4:30pm. Dinner tickets are $30 per person or $50 per couple and include VIP seating for the Live Auction. Please note that dinner tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available at the door.
Admission to the Live Auction is FREE & begins right after dinner. Bidding paddles are available for $2. Doors for the live auction open at 6:30 PM. The Last Run Pub will be open throughout the evening, and sweet treats will be available for purchase.
Schedule:
4:30 PM – Doors open for Dinner & Silent Auction guests.
5:00–6:30 PM – Dinner & Silent Auction
6:30 PM – Doors open for Live Auction guests. Free admission.
7:00 PM – Live Auction begins (paddles $2)
All Evening: Last Run Pub Open & Sweet Treats available for purchase.

We welcome new items of any value. Past donations have included furniture, handcrafted items, skis and racing gear, outdoor adventures, tools, jewelry, sports tickets, gift cards, and much more. The auction committee will determine whether each donated item is featured in the silent or live auction to best showcase its value.
Donations received by November 1 will be recognized on our website and featured on our Facebook page (posts may be combined with other donations at the discretion of our marketing team).
Donations will be accepted up until the day before the event.
